Perfect Catch Fish Off
RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY                                     A. You must Pre-Register before fishing begins.
                                                                B. Adult Divisions: Age 13 and above.
                                                                C. Kids Division: Age 12 and below, must be accompanied by
                                                                    registered adult.

2. ENTRY AND REGISTRATION:
                                                                A. Fees: Adults: $30.00   Kids: $8.00
                                                                B. Must register by 10:00am, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at one
                                                                    of the following businesses, or by a Foss Lake Assoc.
                                                                    Member:
                                                                    B & K Bait House Corner Hwy 73 & 44 South Side of Foss Lake
                                                                    Big Tow Marine Hwy 73 Foss, Okla.
                                                                    Minnow Mart, located at Cutberth Landing on Foss Lake
                                                                    Brooks Marine at Elk City

3. TACKLE, EQUIPMENT AND BAIT HOURS
                                                               A. Rod and reel ONLY (no trot lines, jug lines, nets or other devices may be used to catch fish at the
                                                                    FISH OFF.
                                                               B. Both live and artificial baits will be permitted.
                                                               C. FISH OFF hours start at 7:00am, May 3, 2008 and must be in Weigh-In
                                                                    line by 4:00pm. Weigh-In starts at 2:00pm and lasts until 4:00pm.

4. Laws:
                                                                A. All State and Federal Fishing and Boating Regulations shall apply and must be
                                                                     observed at all times during the FISH OFF.

                                                               A. All fish must be caught in Foss Lake, only during FISH OFF hours. (Try to keep fish
                                                                    alive and release after weigh-in.

6.                                                            A. Tournament Officials reserve the right to inspect any contestant's boat or vehicle,
                                                                    in it's entirety, at any time, prior to, or during the FISH OFF.

7. POLYGRAPH TEST
                                                               A. All winners and tournament officials will be subject to a polygraph test, after the close
                                                                    of the final Weigh-In. Failure to pass such test, in any way, automatically disqualifies
                                                                    the contestant.

8. PROTESTS:
                                                              A. Any protest must be made in writing to the FISH OFF Judges, within fifteen (15) minutes:
                                                                   of the close of the final Weigh-In to be constituted by the FISH OFF Committee.

9.
                                                              A. Any contestant in violation of the official rules will be disqualified, without Refund of
                                                                   Entry Fee.

10.
                                                              A. The decision of the FISH OFF Judges will be final in all instances.

11. WEIGH-IN SITE
                                                              A. The Weigh-In site will be on the main boat dock parking lot. Each contestant must weigh
                                                                   in their own fish and sign all Weigh-In Entry Forms. All fish weighed must be in good
                                                                   condition, as determined by the FISH OFF Judges. Fish may be checked for stomach
                                                                   contents, after it is weighed in, should there be reason for question.

12. PRIZES AND AWARDS:
                                                             A. FISH OFF PERFECT CATCH winners will be announced approximately 30 minutes after
                                                                  weigh-in closing. Contestants must be present to win Prizes and Awards.
                                                                  All contestants are eligible to win prizes.

13. DEFINITIONS:
                                                             A. Heaviest Fish Category-Heaviest weight in each category.
                                                             B. Special Place Category - A special place category picked from 1 - 30, i.e. Winner could be
                                                                  5th place. This is to be predetermined and sealed by committee and not to be revealed
                                                                  until after weigh-in is completed.
                                                             C. Perfect Catch Category - A single fish weight of each species to be determined by committee
                                                                  and sealed until after weigh-in.
                                                             D. Perfect Catch Stringer - A total of three fish, weight to be determined by committee and
                                                                  sealed until after weigh in.

14.                                                       A. Ties go to person weighing in first.
